I'm Jimmy, a fine artist based in Washington, DC. I paint a range of subjects, with most of my work unified by the central theme of capturing life in the city. I like to work across various styles to keep the process interesting, ever-changing (and hopefully less easily replicated by AI).
I love how each piece offers me the chance to slow down, study, and reinterpret the richness of places and things I encounter in my life. Through painting, I develop a newfound appreciation for my subjects that I hope to share with others through my finished works.
