I invite buyers to reach out directly to purchase art, as we will likely need to coordinate shipping, delivery, or pickup.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchases from this Website: https://jimmytrodermanart.com.

By accessing this website, I assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Pricing and Shipping:

  • Listed prices include shipping and handling and sales tax.

  • For local sales, when practical and preferred by the Buyer, the Artist (Jimmy) will attempt hand delivery. Buyers should reach out to Artist about receiving a slight discount for picking up the artwork.

  • The Artist ships throughout the Continental United States. For shipments outside this area, please contact the Artist directly to discuss feasibility.

Purchasing and Payment:

  • The Artist reserves the right to decline a sale for any reason. If a purchase is declined, no charge will be made.

  • Available artworks may be purchased directly on the website or by contacting the Artist to arrange payment via cash, check, or a mobile payment app.

  • Paintings may also be picked up from the Artist's apartment or another mutually agreed-upon location.

Shipping Process:

  • The Artist strives to ship artworks promptly; however, some works may take longer due to limited storage for shipping materials. Artist will communicate ETAs.

  • All shipments are insured through UPS or USPS. In the event of loss, theft, or damage between purchase and delivery, the Artist will issue a full refund.

Condition:

  • All paintings are sold as-is. The Artist does not typically frame works. However, framing might be able to be arranged upon request at the Buyer's expense.

Payment Issues:

  • For any payment-related issues, please contact the Artist to seek a resolution.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  • The Artist retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the artwork.

  • The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the Buyer. The Buyer may not reproduce or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes without the Artist’s prior written consent.

  • The Buyer may post images of the purchased artwork on social media, provided they tag the Artist’s Instagram account (@jimmytroderman_art) or otherwise give credit to the Artist.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the artwork may result in legal action.
