I'm Jimmy, a Washington, DC artist who paints realistic, impressionistic, and illustrative scenes of the city using acrylics.

Painting deepens my understanding of and appreciation for the architecture, neighborhoods, transit systems, parks, and everyday moments from my life and travels. By slowing down and reinterpreting familiar spaces, I hope to reveal the beauty, humor, and humanity hidden within everyday life.
