This scene is based on a photo I took by Providence Park in Capitol Hill. I'm not sure if the scattered trash is a spiteful response to the sign, or if the sign was erected in response to issues here. Regardless, I was amused.
I went for a more graphic look in this piece, emphasizing the different shapes and colors present in the piece.
