Krabi (12" x 16" x 0.75")

This was the first painting I did outside of school. Technically it was completed at my college art studio, but it wasn't for class. I worked on this painting in the week between exams and graduation, which was tricky because I had lost cars access to the studio during this period. I had to wait at the entrance for an hour one time until a staff member came by that I could sneak in behind. The depth on the rocks was really rewarding to paint, and this work was my introduction to painting on my own.
