My first Chicago painting, though I do have a few Chicago drawings, Summer at Millennium Park depicts a bright and beautiful summer day in Chicago.
The Bean is one of those touristy areas I always enjoy. The reflections on the structure never seize to amaze me, and I just love seeing the amusement others get out of it as well. It's always enjoyable painting places where you know people are happy, relaxed, and amused.
